Participant Media is developing the eco-horror tale The Colony, based on a pitch by Stacy Title and Jonathan Penner.

According to Variety, the plot is being kept under wraps. Steven Schneider of Room 101 and Vertigo Entertainment's Doug Davison and Roy Lee are producing.
