Moviehole reports that Spanish actress, Paz Vega, who recently starred in Spanglish with Adam Sandler, is set to star in Rod Hardy's new coming-of-age drama, December Boys, which starts shooting in Adelaide in April.

December Boys is a 1960s-set pic about four young orphans who long for a home and a family. The film will be based on the novel by Michael Noonan.
