Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc., a vertically integrated film, television and home entertainment company, has announced the completion of principal photography of three feature films for their Archetype Films division. The milestone production event provides additional validation of Peace Arch's commitment to distribute a slate of a minimum of 12 films per year through its Archetype division.

The three films include Living Death, starring Kristy Swanson (Dude, Where's My Car?, Big Daddy), Dead Mary, starring Dominique Swain (Lolita, Face/Off), and Troubled Waters, starring Jennifer Beals (Flashdance, The L Word).

"As part of our low risk production and acquisition strategy we make every effort to take advantage of the substantial economic benefits, including valuable tax credits, available to film and television productions originating in Canada," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "As we move closer to completion of these particular films, we believe they are a positive reflection of that business model."

Other current feature films being produced or acquired by the Archetype division of Peace Arch Entertainment include The Mad, starring Screen Actors Guild Award and MTV Movie Award nominee Billy Zane (Titanic, Tombstone, The Phantom) and Bottom Feeder, starring Screen Actors Guild Award and Golden Globe Award nominee Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, Witness Protection).

Established by Peace Arch Entertainment in 2005, Archetype Films specializes in the science fiction, suspense, horror and action genres.
