In a story from Variety, Phillip Noyce (Salt) is going to direct the thriller Wenceslas Square for producers Ira Glass and Alissa Shipp as well as Endgame Entertainment's James D. Stern.

Endgame has put this production on the fast track.

Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely (screenwriters of 1992's Captain America) adapted the script from a short story by Arthur Phillips.

Wenceslas Square takes place in Prague during the late Cold War era. The story follows a young CIA officer and a Czech spy.

Noyce said the tale is "a gripping story about two young spies intoxicated by the espionage game and their passion for each other."
