Picturehouse has bought the rights to the drama, Gracie.

The film stars siblings Elizabeth and Andrew Shue and inspired by her real-life events. Set in 1978, The Hollywood Reporter adds Gracie centers on a 16-year-old girl, who, after a family tragedy changed her life, fought for and won the right for girls everywhere to play competitive soccer. Carly Schroeder (Firewall) will play Gracie.

Gracie is directed by Davis Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth); no production schedule has been set.
