After two very different trailers and a TV spot, 20th Century Fox and MGM have returned with yet another look at their impending horror remake Poltergeist. This time they're ramping up the scares, and offering a bit of fan service as they recall the best moments from the 1982 original. Before you dare watch this latest sneak peek, it's best to clear your mind...Because they know what scares you!

Legendary filmmaker Sam Raimi and director Gil Kenan contemporize the classic tale about a family whose suburban home is haunted by evil forces. When the terrifying apparitions escalate their attacks and hold the youngest daughter captive, the family must come together to rescue her before she disappears forever. They seek out a supernatural specialist who declares the force not just any old ghost. NO! What this family is dealing with is a Poltergeist.

The latest Poltergeist trailer offers up quite a few scares, along with such iconic moments as the monster tree, the evil clown, the bathroom face mutilation scene, and of course the infamous television set abudution of the family's youngest daughter. Watch as two desperate parents try to save their kids from a supernatural innovation of the worst kind. In theaters this summer:
