The USA Network will stay in business with one of their most popular shows for another season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the USA Network has renewed Psych for a fifth season.

The network handed out a 16-episode order for the series, which stars James Roday and Dule Hill. The series is currently on hiatus and will debut the second half of the series' fourth season in January. These new episodes will be the first time they won't have the popular series Monk as a lead-in, though, since the series is coming to an end in December.

It was said that Psych would return with new episodes on January 29, but that date wasn't confirmed by the network. The show's fifth season will premiere sometime next summer.
