The director of Marley & Me's next film project has rounded out its cast. Variety is reporting that Rashida Jones, Anjelica Huston and Jim Parsons have all joined the cast of The Big Year.

Filming began today on the film, which David Frankel is directing from a script by Howard Franklin. Also joining the cast are Rosamund Pike, JoBeth Williams, Brian Dennehy, Brian Dennehy, Dianne Wiest, Anthony Anderson and Tim Blake Nelson, with Kevin Pollak and Joel McHale in talks for roles in the film as well.
