An Oscar Wilde adaptation has just rounded out its cast, highlighted by an up-and-coming young British actress. According to Variety, Rebecca Hall has signed on for Dorian Gray. The actress can bee seen in the new Woody Allen film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which opens on August 15, and in the upcoming films Frost/Nixon and Bronte.

A slew of other actors were just announced that rounds out the cast of Hall and already-announced stars Ben Barnes as the title character and Colin Firth. Joining this cast are Ben Chaplin, Emilia Fox, Rachel Hurd-Wood, Fiona Shaw, Maryam D'Abo, Pip Torrens, Douglas Henshall, Caroline Goodall, Michael Culkin, Johnny Harris and newcomer Max Irons, the son of Jeremy Irons.

The film is set to be released sometime in 2009 through Momentum Pictures.
