Reese Witherspoon will star and produce an adaptation of Terrel Seltzer's original screenplay Rule #1 for Fox Searchlight.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brad Epstein (About a Boy) is producing the project, about a New York woman who befriends a Puerto Rican girl with attention deficit disorder.
