Mark Hamill has revealed what the actor who played baby Luke and Leia in Revenge of the Sith looks like today. Hamill also posted some wise words by stating that "time waits for no one." The final installment in the Star Wars prequels hit theaters in May 2005 and was a box office smash, nearly making $900 million globally. Many fans consider it to be the best movie out of the prequels, though it has been criticized for being a bit uneven.

In Revenge of the Sith, Padme learns about Anakin Skywalker going over to the Dark Side and then gives birth to two twins, Luke and Leia. However, she later dies of a broken heart and Anakin believes that the babies died with her. Adult Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill shared a few pictures over the weekend of actor Aidan Barton, who played both baby Luke and Leia in the movie. Hamill also provides us with some information about the actor. For one, he is the son of the movie's editor, Roger Barton. Also, he is now in high school, and Hamill has never met him.

It's hard to believe that it's been nearly 15 years since Revenge of the Sith hit theaters. A lot has changed in the Star Wars movie universe since then, both behind-the-scenes and on the screen. One of those changes has to do with the prequel series itself. While many fans did not enjoy the trilogy as a whole and often bashed it when the movies hit theaters, a younger generation has taken to it, mainly because that's the Star Wars that they grew up with. So, we're seeing a lot of people stand up for what George Lucas did with the prequel trilogy these days.

Ten years after Revenge of the Sith, Disney and Lucasfilm put out The Force Awakens, which is the first movie of the sequel trilogy. The time with Disney has had its ups and downs, but it will more than likely be the Star Wars that current children grow up with and what they prefer when they are older. We're now about a month away from the final installment in the Skywalker Saga hitting theaters and there's a big question mark as to what comes next.

The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20th. Mark Hamill is back and so is Carrie Fisher, thanks to technology and old footage from The Force Awakens. It will only be a matter of time before we're all reflecting on the sequel trilogy and taking it in as a complete story. Maybe, like the prequels, it will be looked upon better with age and we'll have John Boyega sharing a picture of Broom Boy graduating high school. Only time will tell. For now, you can check out Aidan Barton as a child in Revenge of the Sith and what he looks like now below, thanks to Mark Hamill's Twitter account.
