Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is still a huge mystery for the most part. However, some new images have been released, shedding a bit more light on what we can expect to see later this year when the final installment of the Skywalker saga hits theaters. We've seen various teases of these new characters, including Naomi Ackie's character Jannah, in the past. But these are our best looks yet at what J.J. Abrams is preparing. Plus, we have our first official look at Keri Russell's mysterious character.

Earlier this year, a poster for The Rise of Skywalker leaked online. For some Star Wars fans, it was immediately too good to be true and Mark Hamill even tried to distance himself from what ended up being the first real big reveal from the movie. One of the biggest surprises, other than the Knights of Ren return, was a mystery character wearing purple and gold with a stealth helmet many feel looks a little too much like The Rocketeer. It was assumed that the character was Keri Russell's Zorri, who was also teased in leaked character art, but it was not confirmed.

We now finally have confirmation that Zorri Bliss is played by Keri Russell. She is a "masked scoundrel" and is seen in "the Thieves' Quarter of the snow-dusted world Kijimi." We still don't know much about her officially or Kijimi, but she sure looks like she will be a pretty popular action figure when they are all released on Triple Force Friday this September. It is believed that she is tied to the new droid DIO. Naomi Ackie's Jannah is also spotted riding a horse-like creature called an Orbak with Finn across from her, galloping through a new desert planet known as Pasaana.

Richard E. Grant was brought on to The Rise of Skywalker to take on the role of Allegiant General Pryde, who is spotted sitting next to Domhnall Gleeson's General Hux on a Star Destroyer. He looks like he shouldn't be messed with, which is still something Hux hasn't mastered yet. The project shot in Jordan and J.J. Abrams was able to get some locals to play Aki-Aki, who are natives of the planet Pasaana. They are a new species of alien with colorful clothing. They look very much like they stepped out of the Star Wars universe back in 1977 with new updated clothing.

The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters in December and Star Wars fans are trying to figure out exactly what is going down. As far as leaks are considered, it seems some of them have been right on, which means fans may want to shy away from certain sites for the rest of the year...Regardless, there will more than likely be some explosive surprises when the movie finally opens.
