Robert Luketic will be directing the diamond heist film, Brilliant for Lakeshore Entertainment.

Written by Gillian Gorfil and Elizabeth Shorten, the film revolves around a small-time criminal who joins accomplished thieves in a diamond heist.

The long gestating project has been around for 3 years, and back then, was rumored to have Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson and Michael Caine attached. No actors are currently attached to the movie. With Robert Luketic on board, casting is about to begin.
