Roseanne Barr took to Instagram late in the week to share the first video from the set of the Roseanne revival. The video features the cast and crew singing "Happy Birthday" to Barr on her 65th birthday. The new video is the second peek back into the Connor household that we've been able to see. The first being the table read released last month, that showed off much of the cast in the Connor's living room set featuring original cast members Roseanne Barr, John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Michael Fishman, Sarah Gilbert, and Becky No. 1 and Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke, although Chalke will be appearing in the revival in a new role.

The new video takes place in the Connor's kitchen and shows John Goodman reprising his role as Dan Connor, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, and Lecy Goranson along with the rest of the large cast and crew singing "Happy Birthday." Roseanne Barr appears in the video as well, thanking everybody for the birthday wishes. With the other recent pictures that have been shared from the set of the Roseanne revival series, it appears that the cast and crew are already having a great time. Roseanne Barr shared a photo a few weeks ago of her in a Rascal scooter, waving next to Laurie Metcalf on what appears to be the back lot of the set.

Speaking of fun, Laurie Metcalf's daughter, Zoe Perry, was recently on The Talk, promoting her TV series, Young Sheldon. Perry stars as young Sheldon Cooper's mother, which is a role that Metcalf plays on the current episodes of The Big Bang Theory and while promoting the show, she had a surprise visit from some huge fans of hers. Sara Gilbert, a Roseanne and Big Bang alum, told Perry there were a few people there to support her.

Roseanne cast members Laurie Metcalf, Roseanne Barr, John Goodman, Lecy Goranson all appeared on the set to surprise 33-year old Zoe Perry, take a selfie with her, and take off quickly. Perry and the audience were stunned. Afterwards, Gilbert and Perry discussed the hit sitcom, which ran from 1989 to 1997 and will see an 8-episode revival next year, with Gilbert explaining that Perry "was on the set growing up our whole lives." Gilbert also noted that Perry is beginning her role on Young Sheldon at around the same age Metcalf began her role on Roseanne.

While there's no exact date set for the Roseanne revival to air at this time, we do know it'll be sometime in 2018 as an eight episode series. The ABC show was a hit in 1989 because of the refreshing way it handled showing a family that had never been represented on TV before with real-life situations and comedy, and if the new revival is even half as amazing as the original series was, Roseanne fans certainly won't be disappointed.
