HBO is set to premier the election documentary Run Granny Run. According to Variety, the film, which won the audience award at this year's SXSW, revolves around a ninety-four year old politician.

Run Granny Run traces the late-in-life adventures of feisty Doris "Granny D" Haddock. She turned into a liberal crusader and politician, attracting attention for walking across the country to support finance reform at age ninety. At ninety-four, she ran for the New Hampshire senate as a democratic candidate.

HBO will premier the film on October 18th. It will then be re-aired on Election Day, November 6th.
