Yesterday, we reported that Frank Grillo will play Crossbones in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. We also have confirmation that Marvel's The Avengers stars Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, and Cobie Smulders will reprise their roles for this stand-alone sequel. Captain America: The First Avenger star Sebastian Stan will also be back as Bucky Barnes, who turns into The Winter Soldier.

Back in July, Marvel Studios announced that the sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger will be called Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Today, we have word that the production title will be "Freezerburn." This production title is essentially an alias to mask what is really shooting. If you find yourself in Los Angeles or Cleveland next year, be on the lookout for yellow signs pointing the way to "Freezerburn." The production title for Captain America: The First Avenger was "Frostbbite."

Marvel has also issued a casting call for actors in Los Angeles and Cleveland, for both principal and extra roles. It isn't known when exactly these casting calls will be held, but you can CLICK HERE for more information. Production begins March 1, 2013, with shooting to take place in Los Angeles, Cleveland, and Washington D.C.
