Savage Steve Holland has started casting his next feature film. According to Variety, Napoleon Dynamite's Efren Ramirez and 30 Rock's Katrina Bowden will be starring in the comedy National Lampoon's Ratko: The Dictator's Son.

Robert Mittenthal and Michael Rubiner's script revolves around a dictator's son who heads to America to attend college. It will be Savage Steve Holland's second feature in 18 years, following his upcoming project The Big One 3.

In the film, Ramirez will be playing the title role of Ratko. Bowden is set to play the love interest. Curtis "Booger" Armstrong, who appeared in all of Holland's earlier films, will also be appearing in the comedy.

The film is scheduled to begin shooting soon.
