Mía Maestro, who next appears in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 as Carmen, has landed a role in Oliver Stone's Savages.

The actress will play the wife of Benicio Del Toro's character. She may seem like a typical soccer mom on the outside, but her exterior hides the hardened gang life from her past. Benicio Del Toro plays an enforcer for a Mexican drug cartel, who muscles in on two laid-back Laguna Beach weed growers (Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson) by kidnapping their shared girlfriend (Blake Lively).

Oliver Stone is directing Savages from a screenplay by Shane Salerno and Don Winslow, which is adapted from Don Winslow's novel of the same name.

Moritz Borman and Eric Kopeloff are producing Savages, which starts production later this summer.
