According to The Hollywood Reporter, amid a sea of romantic comedies and other chick flicks, Valentine's Day will see the DVD debut of Saw II, the gruesome horror sequel, starring Donnie Wahlberg, that grossed more than $83 million in theaters.

The announcement from Lions Gate Home Entertainment comes just days after the death of Gregg Hoffman, who produced both Saw II and the original Saw, a sleeper horror hit that last fall grossed more than $55 million at the box office against a budget estimated at just $1.2 million.
