Scott Baio, who rose to fame on Happy Days, starred in one of the highest rated syndicated sitcoms in television history with Charles in Charge, got back to his roots with Arrested Development, and then starred in the popular reality series Scott Baio Is 45... And Single, is bringing it full circle with a starring role on the new Nickelodeon "Nick at Night" comedy series Daddy's Home.

Scott Baio will star as David Hobbs, a former sitcom actor coming off a popular family show where he starred as America's most beloved dad. He decides to become a stay-at-home father so that his wife, a soap opera actress, can return to the spotlight.

The series was created by Little House on the Prairie actor Patrick Labyorteaux and Tina Albanese. Both will executive produce the series alongside Scott Baio.

About the show, Scott Baio stated the following.

"It's nice to be back home in an arena where I'm completely comfortable and with a show idea that I love."

There is no set start date for Daddy's Home. The multi-camera sitcom will likely air on Nick at Nite sometime in 2012.
