A series of character posters for the upcoming slasher sequel Scream VI reveals the large ensemble cast of potential victims and killers. Released courtesy of Paramount Pictures and Bloody Disgusting, this new batch of posters finds each character sporting the dreaded black gloves and wielding a pretty large blade as they face-off with, or face themselves as, the serial killer known as Ghostface.

The posters offer a new look at both Courteney Cox and Hayden Panettiere, both of whom will reprise their roles from previous installments in the Scream franchise, as well as several faces that will be familiar with fans of the 2022 outing.

The rest of the posters reveal some of the new cast members, such as Ready or Not and Babylon star Samara Weaving and Umma and My Best Friend's Wedding actor Dermot Mulroney, who joins the fray as a cop with a connection to the infamous killer.

Directed once again by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett aka Radio Silence, written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, and with original franchise writer and creator Kevin Williamson on board as executive producer, Scream VI takes the violence out of the Californian town of Woodsboro and moves the action to New York, New York, following the four survivors of the Ghostface killings in Scream 2022 as they attempt to leave the horrors behind them and start a fresh chapter in the Big Apple. Sadly, their hopes will quickly be dashed when someone new begins sporting the Ghostface mask and tormenting them all once again.
