The 70s, afros and colored basketballs reigned supreme on home video this past week. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Semi-Pro topped the DVD sales, rentals and high-def sales charts for the week ending June 8. That's not to say there wasn't some stiff competition though.

Two other newcomers fared well on the charts as well, with Meet the Spartans finishing in second place in DVD rentals and fifth in sales. The Eye also fared well, finishing fourth in sales and fifth in rentals.

Semi-Pro managed to knock off National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets, which held the top sales spot for the past two weeks, down to second place. Last week's top renter, Rambo slipped to fourth on the rental charts.
