According to The Hollywood Reporter Shantel VanSanten (The Final Destination) has been cast as Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) sister on the CW's One Tree Hill.

Next season One Tree Hill will be trading time slots with Gossip Girl. It will move to Mondays at 8 p.m.

One Tree Hill also added the character Robert Buckley recently.
