Australian thespian Sharni Vinson has signed on to star in Snoot Entertainment's invasion thriller You're Next.

Directed by Adam Wingard from a screenplay by Simon Barrett, You're Next centers on a family coming under attack from a terrifying group of sadistic murderers during a family reunion getaway. Barricaded in their secluded vacation home, they fight off a barrage of axes, crossbows and machetes from both inside and outside the house.

Cast includes Nick Tucci, Wendy Glenn, AJ Bowen, Joe Swanberg, Margaret Laney, Amy Seimetz, Ti West, Calvin Reeder, Larry Fessenden, Kate Lyn Sheil and Rob Moran.

Wingard and Barrett teamed on "A Horrible Way to Die," which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and will be released by Anchor Bay.

Production on You're Next stars Tuesday in Missouri.
