Sharon Stone has joined the growing cast of Mother's Day for Siempe Vedre Productions and writer-director Paul Duddridge.

This drama follows 12 mothers who examine the relationships with their daughters over the holiday. No details were given for Sharon Stone's character, although it is likely she will play one of the dozen moms. She joins a cast that already includes the real-life mother-daughter pairs Susan Sarandon and Eva Amurri, along with Andie MacDowell and Rainey Qualley. We also reported last month that Christina Ricci joined the cast in an unspecified role.

Paul Duddridge is directing from his own original screenplay, with Danielle James producing. No production schedule was given.
