Shawn Levy has signed on to produce an action-comedy entitled The Lost for New Line Cinema.

T.J. Fixman (Ratchet & Clank) wrote the action-comedy spec script about a group of reformed first-time criminals who find themselves framed for the murder of their parole officer. Shawn Levy is producing through his 21 Laps Entertainment banner, alongside Billy Rosenberg and Dan Cohen. No production schedule has been given.

Shawn Levy recently wrapped production on his latest directorial effort, This Is Where I Leave You, starring Jason Bateman, Rose Byrne, and Tina Fey. He is also producing Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day for Disney.

T.J. Fixman got his start in the video game world, writing for several of the Ratchet and Clank games, which lead to him writing the script for the Ratchet & Clank movie adaptation. We reported in March that Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis signed on to star in One Night on the Hudson, his first feature script, which has Seth Gordon attached to direct.
