It seems that Guy Ritchie's new film has had a few mishaps as of late. The Sun is reporting that a few bizarre accidents have occurred on the Sherlock Holmes set in Kent, England.

First, star Robert Downey Jr. was knocked out accidentally by 7-foot British actor Robert Maillet after catching a blow to the chin.

"Robert was accidentally caught on the chin by a thundering hook. He went flying and was out cold," according to the tabloid's source. "He didn't want to go to hospital and kept trying to get up. He's a trooper. But there have been lots of other problems too."

The source also revealed that the set was closed for two hours when a tanker making a delivery to the set burst into flames.

"The crew have started joking about the curse of Sherlock Holmes," the source added.
