Made for just $27,000 on maxed-out credit cards, Clerks became an immediate indie classic, and now fans can get some insight into how the film was made with the new indie comedy Shooting Clerks. The first trailer for this Kevin Smith biopic dropped back in March 2015, when production was just getting under way, but today we have the red band trailer, along with details on where you can see this film yourself. The indie production company Auld Reekie Media has set up screenings in Kevin Smith's hometown of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey and in New York City in November, following the world premiere at the Orlando Film Festival next month.

Auld Reekie Media has set up EventBrite pages for both the New Jersey premiere on November 10 and the New York premiere on November 11. Tickets to each of these screenings will be $28, with each fan receiving a themed swag bag filled with prop replicas and other memorabilia. Here's the official description of the event from the Eventbrite page.

"Auld Reekie Media invite you to join them as they premiere Shooting Clerks in New York City and Kevin Smith's hometown of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey! Every ticket holder will receive a swag bag, filled with exclusive merch as well as the chance to win a set of prototype Shooting Clerks figures. Following a short introduction from the filmmakers and select cast, you will have the opportunity to see previous Kevin Smith biopic shorts 'Get Greedo' and 'Emo Kev' on the big screen for the first time. An exclusive, advanced screening of Emo Kev Rides Again, the prequel to Shooting Clerks, will follow, leading into the feature presentation. When the end credits roll, you can let rip and interrogate the cast and crew during a 30+ Q&A session. The festivities will conclude with a meet and greet in which you grab an autograph from your favorite Shooting Clerks star."

The film was made with the full cooperation of Kevin Smith himself, and he appears in the film as well. Many other Clerks stars such as Brian O'Halloran and Marilyn Ghigliotti have roles in the film, along with Kevin Smith's Comic Book Men co-stars Walter Flanagan, Mike Zapcic and Ming Chen. Many of these actors, along with other stars of the film, will be present at these three screenings, but it isn't known when the film will be released to the general public.

The world premiere will take place at the Orlando Film Festival, which runs from October 19 through October 23, with Christopher Downie (Writer/Director), Brett Murray (Producer/Actor - Bryan), Ryan James (US Producer/2nd Unit), Jay Booton (Actor - Dave), Stephanie Price (Actor - Lisa) and Stefen Laurantz (Actor - Harry Weizmann) set to attend. Special guests for the New York premiere include Christopher Downie (Writer/Director), Brett Murray (Producer/Actor - Bryan), Jay Booton (Actor - Dave), Stephanie Price (Actor - Lisa) and Ashley Graziano (Actor - Marilyn).
