Six new photos have been released from the upcoming Captain Phillips, featuring Tom Hanks and director Paul Greengrass. This drama from Columbia Pictures is based on the true story of Captain Richard Phillips, whose ship the MV Maresk Alabama was taken over by Somali pirates in 2009, the first hijacking of an American ship in over 200 years. To ensure that nothing happens to his crew, Captain Phillips surrenders himself to the pirates, as you can see in these photos.
