Attract Mode recently attended the PAX East showcase for independent video game publishing, were New York punk band Anamanaguchi put on quite a show. The musicians are providing music for the upcoming video game tie-in to Edgar Wright's big screen comic book adaptation Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World. The performance included visuals from the upcoming pixilated adventure, which was designed by artist and animator Paul Robertson. As you can see by the images and video below, original Pilgrim creator Bryan Lee O'Malley chose to go with a style that matched the look and feel of his comic books rather than that of stars Michael Cera and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
