Who can come after Robert Pattinson? No one, obviously, as Universal Pictures is having a nearly impossible time securing a male lead to act opposite Kristen Stewart in their revisionist fairy tale Snow White and the Huntsman.
First, Viggo Mortensen, who was in negotiations to take on the part of the Huntsman, decided that he didn't want to be involved in the project. Universal Pictures then /hugh-jackman-offered-snow-white-and-the-huntsman/offered actor Hugh Jackman the role, hoping to fill the hole in his schedule after The Wolverine went into limbo.
Today, Hugh Jackman declined the offer to take on the lead in Snow White and the Huntsman, remaining hopeful that The Wolverine will still shoot this summer. The Huntsman role is now once again vacant.
Perhaps they could get Robert Pattinson to do it. It would ensure the film built-in success, as his The Twilight Saga costar Kristen Stewart is still attached to the project as Snow White, along with Charlize Theron, who is playing the evil queen.
