A new ABC pilot is leaping foward with two new actresses. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sonya Walger has signed on for the female lead in Flash Forward and Christine Woods as joined the pilot as well.

The series will be based off Robert J. Sawyer's novel "Flash," which centers on a chaotic event where everyone in the world passes out for two minutes and 17 seconds and has a vision of the future. Joseph Fiennes has already signed on for the lead role of Mark Banford, a recently-sober FBI agent trying to piece his life and marriage together. Walger will portray his wife, who is troubled by the vision she has of falling in love with another man.

Woods will play another FBI agent, Janis, a techie agent who helps unlock part of the mystery surrounding the worldwide event. No production schedule was released.
