Spencer Breslin is one lucky little kid. He has just nabbed feature roles in two very high profile projects. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the kid will be seen in both the high school comedy Harold and in M. Night Shyamalan's thriller The Happening.

In Harold, Breslin plays the lead character. He is a prematurely balding freshman trying to adapt to a new high school. Cuba Gooding Junior will be appearing in the film as a janitor who befriends the poor little fellow.

In The Happening, Breslin will be playing opposite Mark Walberg as they battle against the forces of Mother Nature. At this time, his character has not been disclosed and it is not known whether he will be playing a part of Wahlberg's family or not.

He begins shooting The Happening in August in Philadelphia. Harold begins filming this month in New York.
