Moviehole reports that Sony has issued a casting calls for young boys to portray an adolescent Peter Parker, as well as the son of Dr. Curt Connors a.k.a. The Lizard, in their upcoming Untitled Spider-Man Reboot.

Director Marc Webb is seeking males between the ages of 4 and 6 to play the younger version of Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker. They are looking for "dark-haired Caucasian boys" to audition for the role. Casting is also underway for Billy Connors, the son of Rhys Ifans' Dr. Curt Connors character, who will fall between the ages of 8 and 11. A resemblance to either actor can't hurt either.

It isn't clear how these younger characters will fit into the story as of yet. We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further details on the Untitled Spider-Man Reboot as soon as we have more information.
