Last month, director Jon Watts and several of his stars from Spider-Man: Homecoming took a break in the production to unveil the first footage at Comic-Con. Unfortunately, that footage hasn't been released online, but we have seen a number of photos from the set featuring Tom Holland in his full Spider-Man costume. A new convention is taking place in Las Vegas this week, where the first poster for Spider-Man: Homecoming was spotted.

The poster surfaced earlier today on Twitter, which shows Tom Holland hanging upside down in his full Spidey suit. The poster was on display at the Magic Las Vegas convention for apparel vendors at the Las Vegas Convention Center, which got under way today. It isn't known when this poster may be released officially, or if that may happen at all. Since Sony still hasn't released the Comic-Con footage, it's possible that they won't officially release this poster for quite some time either.

Last week, we reported that Michael Chernus joined the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming as The Tinkerer. He joins a massive cast that also includes Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Michael Keaton as the villain, rumored to be Vulture, Zendaya as Michelle Gonzales, Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds and Laura Harrier as Liz Allan. The cast also includes Michael Barbieri, Martin Starr, Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendenborg Jr., J.J. Totah, Donald Glover, Kenneth Choi, Hannibal Buress, Bokeem Wodbine, Michael Mando and Abraham Attah in unspecified roles.

Rumors have surfaced that Michael Mando is playing the villain Carnage, while Abaraham Attah is rumored to play Miles Morales, but it isn't known when we'll get confirmation on these characters. Jon Watts (Cop Car) is directing Spider-Man: Homecoming from a script by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein (Vacation). Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal are producing, with Marvel and Sony setting a July 7, 2017 release date.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe at large will also be represented in Spider-Man: Homecoming, with Robert Downey Jr. returning as Tony Stark/Iron Man, and there have also been rumors that Scarlet Johansson will be back as Black Widow. It isn't known how much filming is left in Atlanta on Spider-Man: Homecoming, but we'll be sure to keep you posted with more updates as they come in. Until then, check out the first Spider-Man: Homecoming poster, straight from the Magic Las Vegas convention.
