After immense hype over the past several months, Spider-Man: No Way Home has stuck the landing with its debut in theaters. Critics have gotten behind the new movie with the early reviews showing universal praise for Tom Holland's third solo movie as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's web-slinger. With more than 100 reviews now turned in with more and more getting continuously added, the score is sitting at 95% Certified Fresh, as almost every critic who's gotten the chance to catch the movie has left the theater impressed.

"Peter Parker comes of age in the MCU's best Spider-Man movie yet," says Mark Cassidy of ComicBookMovie.com. "No Way Home is a fun, exciting, occasionally intense love letter to Spidey fans past and present, which takes the iconic hero - & The Marvel Cinematic Universe - to some surprising places."

Adam Graham of the Detroit News noted, "Jon Watts, who also helmed the previous two chapters in the series, mixes humor, action and human moments well, and he keeps the film moving nimbly, despite its nearly two-and-a-half-hour running time."

"Spider-Man: No Way Home is a rollercoaster of adventure and emotions. It will thrill, surprise, and break your heart," adds our own Julian Roman here at MovieWeb. "The ensemble cast is phenomenal. The stunning visual effects and pulse-pounding action scenes take second fiddle to a complex plot that focuses intently on character interactions. The supporting players bring a lot of baggage that has to be unpacked."

We won't be getting into any spoilers here, but it's certainly a good sign that the movie is scoring so well with its reviews. This has long been perhaps the year's most anticipated movie, and with that hype comes the risk of disappointing the filmgoers who may be coming in with heightened expectations. Critics are largely in agreement that the new Spider-Man movie doesn't lose track of the heart and humor that was present in the previous movies with Tom Holland in the lead, so chances are if you enjoyed Homecoming and Far from Home, you'll have a good time with No Way Home as well.

Jon Watts directs Spider-Man: No Way Home using a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. Tom Holland is back as Peter Parker with other returning stars including Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Marisa Tomei as May Parker, and Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange. As revealed in the trailers, the movie introduces characters from alternate universes through the live-action multiverse, including Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin, Alfred Molina as Doc Ock, and Jamie Foxx as Electro.

It's better to try and catch this movie sooner than later if you're trying to avoid spoilers. It won't be long after the premiere before social media is filled with them. There will be a lot of people talking about all things Spider-Man: No Way Home for the foreseeable future.
