Earlier in the year, when the global phenomenon that is Spider-Man: No Way Home was being shot, it was revealed and even posted on Tom Holland's Instagram account that his brother, Harry Holland would be making a small cameo in the film as a drug dealer that Spider-Man catches, similar to his cameo in Tom Holland's Russo Brothers-led, Cherry. However, during the press tour, when Tom Holland was talking about it on a talk show, detailing the experience and the contrast between his complaining of scenes where his character has to remain upside down for a large portion of the movie, and his brother calling his claims unjustified, he revealed that his brother's cameo was similar, where he had to remain upside down for a large portion of shooting, but the scene did not make the final cut of the movie.

The scene, in particular, made rounds on social media platforms like Instagram and Reddit when leaked, weeks before the movie was set to release, showing Spider-Man catch a drug dealer on the streets, played by Harry Holland, and catching him and webbing him upside down. While he stops to give the dealer a good talking to, a Mysterio supporter throws a can of green paint on his suit when he is distracted. Spider-Man looks at his suit in disgust as the criminal who threw the paint runs away from him, long gone by that time.

While this scene did somewhat make the movie, the only perspective that was in the movie was a brief clip of Spider-Man's suit having green paint thrown on it, shot by a mobile camera, leading to the brief inclusion of the black-and-gold suit of Spider-Man, which was merely the inside of his existing suit all along. Harry Holland's part in the movie, however, was completely cut, to the comedic irony of the situation being that Harry Holland used to tease Tom Holland about complaining about scenes where Tom's character is upside down, yet once the scene was shot and he had to remain upside down, he complained as well.

Obviously, fans weren't all that disappointed with the film, as certain characters made their way to the big screen, which, if mentioned, would be a huge spoiler. Fans have even gone as far as to call Spider-Man: No Way Home, not just the best Spider-Man film of all time, which is already somewhat debatable, but the best comic-book movie of all time, which is largely debatable. With Nolan's The Dark Knight largely accepted as the best comic book movie to date, with the last two Avengers movies and Black Panther also finding themselves in the conversation, sometimes, it seems that now a new contender has entered the ring.

Spider-Man also did extremely well at the box office, reaching the accolade of a billion dollars grossed in a mere ten days, and became the largest film of the pandemic era, and 2021 as well, a huge feat to boast, when up against blockbusters like No Time To Die, Dune and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. While fans, largely, do not have many criticisms of the movie, it would be felt that the exclusion of Harry Holland might upset some of Harry Holland's largest fans. However, there is always next time, as Amy Pascal confirmed the development of another trilogy of Tom Holland-led Spider-Man movies, and this is certainly not expected as Holland's last outing as fan-favorite MCU Spider-Man.
