Spike Lee has found his Italian-language cast for the wartime drama Miracle at St. Anna. According to The Hollywood Reporter, those who have joined the project include Pierfrancesco Favino, Omero Antonutti, Valentina Cervi, Lydia Biondi, and Italian TV actor Sergio Albelli.
The film revolves around a group of black U.S. soldiers who get involved in a Tuscan village's effort to find the traitor in their midst. Luigi Musini and Roberto Cicutto are producing Miracle at St. Anna. The English and German speaking members of the cast have not been announced yet.
The film will begin shooting on October 15th in Tuscany.
