Spike TV will celebrate the work of the late Hollywood actor Patrick Swayze in one of his cult-classic roles in the film Road House this Saturday, September 19 (10:00 PM - 12:30 AM, ET/PT). This special movie telecast will also include a special tribute to the Golden Globe-nominated actor who died yesterday at age 57 due to pancreatic cancer.

The 1989 action film Road House stars Patrick Swayze as "Dalton," a bouncer with a philosophical side, who takes on the chore of cleaning up a rowdy Missouri honky-tonk and runs into trouble with a local corrupt businessman. The film also stars Ben Gazzara, Sam Elliott and Kelly Lynch.

Spike's telecast of Road House will include a short tribute to the actor. Spike.com will feature its own tribute where fans can post their own messages or favorite Swayze movie moments at Spike.com.
