A brand new film from Steven Soderbergh has attracted a quartet of top-notch talent. According to Variety, Matt Damon, Jude Law, Kate Winslet and Marion Cotillard have joined the cast of Contagion.

Soderbergh will direct from a script by Scott Z. Burns, which centers on a deadly disease with several different storylines branching off of that major point. The story structure was said to be similar to Soderbergh's film Traffic.

It was said that the film would shoot sometime later this fall. No release date was set at this time.
