According to The Hollywood Reporter, Anonymous Content just bought newbie writer Kyle Killen's screenplay, The Beaver .

Steve Carell is in talks to be the star.

The story looks at a man who always has a beaver puppet on one hand. He treats the puppet like a real animal.

Apparently, the script isn't even on the table because Anonymous Content hopes to lure a director before it goes out to studios for a sale.
