When Universal decided to abandon director Joe Carnahan's latest action-comedy Stretch, pulling its release date in exchange for a VOD premiere, many feared the worst. But the film has received quite a bit of praise as it nears its Amazon and iTunes release on October 7, followed by its VOD debut on October 14.

The film follows Patrick Wilson as a down-on-his-luck chauffeur tasked with driving around an eccentric millionaire played by Chris Pine in what can only be described as a departure from his usual roles. Joe Carnahan has shared some behind-the-scenes fun with a blooper reel that highlights Chris Pine's outrageous performance. The actor even goes somewhat nude in this footage.

Just how off the rails is this movie? We'll have to wait until October to find out. For now, take a look at this sneak peek of deleted footage.

Hard-luck limo driver Stretch (Patrick Wilson) is struggling to go straight and pay off a debt to his bookie when he picks up a crazed passenger (Chris Pine) whose sought-after ledger implicates some seriously dangerous criminals.
