Over the weekend, we reported that Warner Bros.' Suicide Squad crossed another box office milestone, crossing $700 million worldwide, from a hefty $175 million budget. While the theatrical run winds down, a young woman from Australia has been making headlines for her remarkable Harley Quinn cosplay, that is strikingly similar to Margot Robbie's costume from the movie. While we don't know for sure if Margot Robbie herself has seen these images, her Instagram posts are already starting to go viral.

Over the weekend a 21-year-old woman name Laura from Sydney, Australia dressed up as Harley Quinn for Sydney Comic-Con. BuzzFeed caught up to the young woman, who revealed she had been a fan of Harley Quinn since she was a kid, and the movie, where Margot Robbie plays the iconic character, released her "inner fangirl." Here's what she had to say about how her cosplay was received, even teasing future cosplay plans.

"I am just so thrilled I can bring smiles by dressing up and having fun. I don't think I ever want to stop cosplaying Harley... I am also looking at doing my own take on Harley somewhere in the future."

Given the popularity of Margot Robbie's performance, Harley Quinn will certainly be sticking around for quite some time. We reported this summer that a Harley Quinn movie is happening at Warner Bros., which may also include the Birds of Prey and Batgirl. We haven't heard much about that project since the initial report, but there has also been talk of Suicide Squad 2 moving forward at Warner Bros. As for Laura, she revealed on Instagram that since she has been inundated with questions about her costume, she's considering starting a YouTube channel to answer the fans' questions. Here's what she had to say below.

"Wow Puddins, I am feeling the love here. I have been asked a lot of questions about my costume, figure, makeup, but want to get the answers out to everyone. I was thinking of starting up some YouTube tutorials and Q&A's? Please comment if you would be interested!"

She revealed in a recent post that she is in fact starting her own YouTube channel, but we don't know if it's up and running yet. We'll have to wait and see if Laura becomes a regular on the convention circuit with her beloved Harley Quinn costume from Suicide Squad. As for future Suicide Squad movies, we'll have to wait and see what Warner Bros. has planned for the franchise. Until we find out more about the DCEU, take a look at Laura's Harley Quinn cosplay photos, along with one of Laura without any of her Harley Quinn makeup on.
