As long as Suicide Squad keeps shooting in Toronto, we'll likely have either new photos or videos surfacing from set each day. As it turns out, today we have both, with Canadian news outlet Entertainment City debuting a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at the DC Comics adventure as it comes together. They even got to speak with director David Ayer. When asked what it's like to film in Toronto for this massive super villain adventure, the filmmaker had this to say:

"It's just so exciting to bring a show like this to the street and get out in the real world with the real people. I'm all about real drama, real performance, and real people, so my twist on this is I'm creating a family a brotherhood here. I'm creating a very real chemistry and I have this incredible ensemble of actors led by Will Smith, who are basically playing dimensional characters with lives and souls."

The filmmaker added that working with his talented and diverse cast has been the best aspect of the production so far:

"For me, it's always going to be working with the actors. When you feel the performance come through, and the chemistry come through, that can't be beat."

In addition to this behind-the-scenes video, we also have a slew of new set photos, one of which confirms that one of the locations is Midway City. In the DC Comics, Midway City was home to both Hawkman and Hawkgirl. Of course, Hawkman has never been confirmed for Suicide Squad, but, at the same time, there are still a number of actors whose characters have yet to be confirmed, such as Jim Parrack, Alex Meraz and Ike Barinholtz. Do you think one of these actors could be playing Hawkman? Check out the videos and photos below, and stay tuned for more as Suicide Squad continues production in Toronto.
