Susan Blakely, Golden Globe winner for her role in the internationally famous mini-series Rich Man, Poor Man, joins the cast of Side Order of Life for Lifetime Television which stars Marisa Coughlan, Jason Priestley, Diana-Maria Riva and Christopher Gartin.

Side Order of Life was created by Margaret Nagle, who also serves as Executive Producer, along with Dan Jinks, Bruce Cohen and Mike Pavone. "We're so excited to have Susan Blakely on board as Margot, the quintessential 'Hot Mom', who is openly competing with her daughter for everything," says Nagle. "It's not just the resemblance between her and Marisa Coughlan as mother/daughter, it's their chemistry on screen that has proven to be really exciting. The fireworks really fly between these two as they sort through their complex and hilarious relationship."

Blakely makes her debut on the August 5th episode, airing at 8 p.m. Sunday nights on Lifetime, with an encore airing at 11 p.m.

Blakely, who recently completed filming two feature films, Killer Moves for director Cate Caplin and Keystone Studios and Grizzly Park, both of which will be released next year, was also just signed on to guest-star on Fox's hit series Nip/Tuck.
