We haven't heard anything regarding Syfy's upcoming 12 Monkeys TV series, since it was given a series order from the network back in April. Following the show's TCA Summer Press Tour panel this week, the first trailer has debuted.
Aaron Stanford stars as Cole, the role Bruce Willis portrayed in director Terry Gilliam's 1995 12 Monkeys feature film, who is sent back in time to prevent a deadly plague which wipes out most of the planet, from ever happening. Amanda Schull plays Dr. Railly originally played by Madeleine Stowe, who doesn't believe Cole has really come from the future, at first. Take a look at the first footage from this upcoming series, debuting on Syfy in January 2015.
