Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 has scored an interesting cameo. The sequel, which is being directed by Dave Green (Earth to Echo), will feature the Los Angeles Clipper NBA team, including players DeAndre Jordan, J.J. Redick, Matt Barnes, Austin Rivers, and Spencer Hawes. While shooting wasn't expected to start until April, Will Arnett was spotted at a recent Los Angeles Clippers vs. New York Knicks game shooting scenes for the sequel.

Will Arnett was joined by recent cast addition Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio. She will play herself, serving as a new love interest for Will Arnett's news cameraman Vern Fenwick. It isn't known if production has officially started, or if the crew was just taking advantage of the game for scenes needed. It also hasn't been mentioned if any of the New York Knicks will participate, since the movie is being filmed in and around New York City. It wasn't mentioned how the Clippers feature into the story line, but its possible that Vern has an altercation with the above mentioned team members. It doesn't look like the Turtles themselves will be making an appearance on the court.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Alan Ritchson (Raphael), Noel Fisher (Michelangelo), Pete Ploszek (Leonardo) and Jeremy Howard (Donatello) are expected to return as the turtles, along with Megan Fox (April O'Neil) and William Fichtner (Eric Sacks). No story details have been released at this time for the sequel. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 has already been given a June 3, 2016 release date.

The script was written by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles writers Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec. Michael Bay is producing through his Platinum Dunes company. Alessandra Ambrosio, best known as one of the Victoria's Secret Angels, had a minor role in 2006's Casino Royale, and she will next be seen in Daddy's Home alongside Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell. She has also appeared in episodes of Entourage and Gossip Girl.
