Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions have released an epic new cast poster for Terminator Genisys. This fiery image teases the impending Apocalypse while also hinting at a major spoiler that some fans may not want to know just yet. Jason Clarke, who takes on the role of John Connor, is seen standing within an explosion that exposes his Terminator endoskeleton. It's pretty hard to avoid this plot point when its placed front and center on the key one-sheet that will be places in theaters around the world.

In Terminator Genisys, John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt. Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline. Now, Sgt. Reese finds himself in a new and unfamiliar version of the past, where he is faced with unlikely allies, including the Guardian (Arnold Schwarzenegger), dangerous new enemies, and an unexpected new mission: To reset the future.

This latest poster not only features the transformed John Connor, but it also gives us a new look at Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, who grips the skull of a T800 tightly in her fist. Jai Courtney pulls up the rear as the new, improved Kyle Reese. And Arnold Schwarzenegger takes center stage in the role that made him a star more than 30 years ago. Despite the spoilers it contains, this is a pretty cool poster, and should help get you pumped for the impending hybrid reboot/sequel which will alter the franchise timeline forever. This first in a planned trilogy hits theaters this July, bringing some early fireworks to a theater near you.
