It's official: That '90s Show is coming back for a second season. Netflix announced the news on Friday, this after the series made its debut in January and reached the Top 10 English TV list in more than 35 countries with more than 41 million hours viewed. That was enough to convince Netflix that fans wanted to spend some more time in Point Place, Wisconsin, back at the old Forman family home but in an entirely different decade. But not everyone is excited about the renewal. Kurtwood Smith says his character, Red Forman, wouldn't be happy about at all about this news, pointing to the fans for making the renewal happen. Posting Netflix's renewal announcement on Twitter, Smith wrote, "Do you know how upset Red is going to be about this news?! Season 2 is because of you!"

Meanwhile, Debra Jo Rupp says it's the opposite for Kitty Forman, as she writes on Instagram, "Kitty is baking as we speak. So excited!"

Meanwhile, Ashley Aufderheide (Gwen) also shared the news on Instagram, and in response to Smith, she wrote, "We DID IT. Season 2 (sorry Red)." Nate actor Maxwell Acee Donovan similarly stated, "Sorry Uncle Red! THAT '90s SHOW IS COMING BACK FOR SEASON 2 ON NETFLIX!" Sam Morelos (Nikki) also got in on the fun, much to the chagrin of Red Forman by sharing the news and writing, "sorry not sorry, red!! SZN TWO BABYYYY." And Reyn Doi (Ozzie) kept it a bit more neutral by simply writing, "That '90s Show will return for Season 2 on Netflix!"
