For the second year in a row, the Golden Globe Awards will once again be held on a Monday.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has set January 15, 2007 as the date for the 64th annual award show - the pre-curser to the Academy Awards. The Hollywood Reporter says the HFPA also announced the nominations will be read on December 14th. A new category has been added for next years awards as well - Best Animated Feature Film.

The The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards will air on NBC live (except on the West Coast) from the Beverly Hilton.
